- Directs, coordinates, and participates in preparation of, and cooking, assembling or packaging of food served or prepared by crewmembers.
- Issues written and oral instructions, establishing priorities and sequences to expedite workflow.
- Assigns duties and examines work for completeness, efficiency, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Assistant General Manager
This individual leads the successful day to day operations of the restaurant. Develops crew, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains budgets set by the General Manager.

• Adheres to company standards and service levels to increase sales towards profitability and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
